Mr. Waleed graduated with Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Honours، Faculty of Law, the University of Khartoum in 1989. He has over 30 years of extensive experience in Corporate Commercial, Corporate Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Shareholders Agreements, pharmaceuticals, Health, Petrochemical, Food Industries, Telecommunications, Agencies, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution.
Mr. Waleed had previously acted as Senior Legal Advisor, Attorney Commercial Law, Director of Corporate & Legal Affairs and Chief Legal Officer for reputable companies in Sudan and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, such as Trans Arabian Air Transport Co. Ltd Sudan (TAAT), Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries & Medical Appliances Corporation (SPIMACO ADDWAEIH), Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (SABIC), Savola Group (Savola), Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) and Abdul Latif Jameel Co. (ALJ).
