Advising Senior Management on Complex Contract Negotiations – At Etihad Etisalat (Mobily),
successfully provided relevant legal advice and support during complex negotiations of the
contract of a Confidential Client – valued at 5B Saudi Riyals – further securing it for the
Mobily.
Performing Legal Obligations and Following Legal Best Practices Enabling Business
Growth – Mobily, I played a major role in acquiring an important contract valued at USD 450M
with Confidential Client, a French business giant, for building a Saudi national fibre network
and securing fibre infrastructure for three telecom operators in the KSA.
