Nasr Aldeen had led many investigation teams in various project
issues when previously acted as DIRECTOR, LEGAL AFFAIRS, ETIHAD ETISALAT (MOBILY) during which period he
had advised Senior Management on Complex Contract Negotiations – At Etihad Etisalat (Mobily),
and he successfully provided relevant legal advice and supporting complex negotiations of the
contract related to Confidential Client – valued at 5B Saudi Riyals, and also he had
played a major role in acquiring an important contract valued at USD 450M with Confidential Client, a fibre infrastructure for three telecom operators in the KSA , and competently
led and directed teams of lawyers in resolving legal disputes – involving imposition of up to
SAR 7B fines on the company by the Regulator
